We couldn't have been happier with our stay at The Nest. Ania was great with communication, so we always knew what to expect. The Nest was a quick walk from the ferry, with sidewalks the entire way. The house was very cute, comfortable and clean. Ania knew it was my son's birthday and went out of her way to leave a cupcake in the refrigerator for him. We also met a couple neighbors who were just as nice and friendly. We had a great time, and will definitely stay at the Nest again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first week long stay on the island. The Nest was cozy & comfortable with an ideal location within walking distance of town & restaurants. Hosts were amazing! Very helpful and informative, they made sure our stay was wonderful.

We stayed at The Nest for 2 weeks in July. We flew up from Florida so we didn't have a car and really appreciated the amazing location. Close to downtown and the ferry! The Nest literally every amenity you would need in the kitchen and the beach. And the internet was fast too! My teenager loved the loft area and the outdoor shower is a nice feature too! Ania was awesome to work with - we didn't have any issues during our stay but she did check in a few times to make sure we didn't need anything. We will be coming back next year.

We enjoyed our 1st stay at The Nest this June. It was perfect for our family of 4. Ania was a great host who communicated frequently to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The Nest has all the comforts of home. The kitchen & spice rack are fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Many items were provided that other rentals don't such as paper goods, cleaning products, hair dryer, beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, beach cart, & fans which saved so much room in our car. We also used Belmont Market (South Kingstown market with delivery to ferry) at Ania's suggestion to order meat & perishables which worked out great. The location of The Nest is ideal since it is close enough to walk to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at The Nest.

The Nest is an absolute gem! Close walk from town, but far enough away from the hustle & bustle. This cozy unit offers all the creature comforts you could ask for. From the full-size washer & dryer to the well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, it's a dream come true. You'll free right at home in this charming & comfortable space. Has reserved parking, grill, excellent wifi, & cable. Highly recommended!

This is my 4th visit to BI & my first stay at The Nest. Ania's communication with us was thorough & extremely helpful. The Nest was a perfect spot for our family of 4. There's ample parking and the unit is tastefully furnished with a clean, coastal theme. The granite counters, fully stocked kitchen, & easy access to the grill made preparing meals a great option after a long beach day. The location is ideal. From the deck you could see and hear the harbor and the farm nearby. In minutes you could walk to the Spring House lawn for cocktails and poke in & out of all the shops in town. My family would highly recommend The Nest to future BI visitors!

Thank you so much for a 2nd amazing year! The condo is absolutely gorgeous, clean, & has everything you need in a home away from home! It's in such a convenient location - close to town, but just far enough away if you want to escape the crowds. Ania is the most amazing hostess & it's clear she takes pride in The Nest & wants all her guests to feel at home. The condo is beautifully decorated, feels very private & tucked away - such an awesome location. Looking forward to our next stay!

We couldn’t have had a better place to stay while enjoying Block Island the week of Labor Day! The Nest is super cute & cozy, beautifully decorated, clean & close to everything! We enjoyed being able to walk & bike right from The Nest to multiple attractions: Greenway Trails, Mohegan Buffs, downtown & even the beaches! Ania & Greg did a great job providing all the extras to make our trip perfect - from beach chairs and boogie boards to bug spray and a welcome gift! They checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed & always answered any questions we had! We are a family of 5, 2 of my kids being teens, & we were able to comfortably fit in The Nest! The fridge is such a cute touch & the whole place is light and airy!! We look forward to staying at The Nest year after year!!!

Our stay at The Nest was nothing short of perfect! Ania thought of every last detail to make our stay comfortable, & checked in often to make sure everything was going well. Her design of the space was perfect for a beach getaway in our home state- it truly felt like we were much further from home, but really only a short ferry ride away. Our family of 5 fit perfect in the home & you really can’t beat the location. There is so much to do on BI, even with young kids, & our family did our best to tackle all the to do’s on Ania’s BI board! We will definitely be back.

We had the best week staying at The Nest. The accommodations were perfect for my family of 4 with 2 children. The space was perfectly decorated to give us a true island beach vacation feel. We come to the island every year and this has been our most favorite rental yet!
Ania has thought of everything you may need. The space was perfect for a family who wanted to make some meals at home, but also have easy access to everything. Ania was always available by text to answer any questions we had and to give tips. The quintessential hostess!

Just got home from a glorious week on Block Island & really enjoyed staying at The Nest! The open feel of the apartment made it feel spacious & it is very well appointed...didn't need for anything! The condo is adorable, just the right size and the location cannot be beat. Close enough to downtown, but far enough away from any noise.
